Privacy policy | The Peachtree Recovery Guide

This policy covers information from the guide and the callback form. Effective 26 October 2026.

Information you give and information from a visit

The Peachtree Recovery Guide collects your four form answers: when the crash happened, whether another driver contributed, whether you have injury symptoms or pain, and whether you signed a lawyer agreement. The injury answer is health information. The contact step collects your name and phone number. We also receive information you choose to send by email.

Technical data can include your IP address, browser and device, pages viewed, referring page and campaign tags in a link, including UTM tags and gclid. Request records also include the submission time, an event identifier and the consent text version.

Why we use it and who receives it

We use the answers and contact details to send your request to our partner law firm so its assistant can call about the accident. We use technical information to operate and protect the site, prevent spam and understand visits. Health information supports your request; it is not used for unrelated advertising targeting.

Recipients include our partner and the service providers that place its calls and texts, our hosting provider, and an analytics service for visit information. We also share information when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Keeping information and protecting it

We retain a request for as long as needed to handle it and maintain our records, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect stored and transmitted data. No internet service can guarantee complete security. Avoid emailing unnecessary medical records or other sensitive documents when a short description will answer the question.

Access, correction, deletion and contact choices

Email privacy@injurylawyeratlantaga.com to ask to see, correct or delete your data. We may need enough information to identify the request before acting. To stop calls or texts, tell the caller, reply STOP to a text or use the same email address. The call consent section describes the permission given with a callback request.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use cookies or similar storage for site functions and analytics that help us understand visits. Browser settings let you block or remove cookies and stored site data. Some functions can be affected. Visit data is used for the purposes described in this policy.

Children and policy changes

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18; contact privacy@injurylawyeratlantaga.com if a child has submitted information so we can address it. We publish policy changes here with a revised effective date. Questions about this policy go to the same address. The home page provides the Free crash review form.
